Based in Plaine de France, on the northern reaches of Paris, the French partnership is made up of 9 organisations experienced in vocational training and the validation of experience. They have been involved in the delivery of European programmes for many years and have developed innovative, tailored services for those most disadvantaged in the labour market.

Based in Wroclaw and surrounding Zawidawia in Lower Silesia, the Polish partnership is made up of 5 organisations. The partnership is managed by The Lower Silesia Social Project who have experience of building coalitions and solving social problems. Other partners Warsaw School of Social Psychology, Solidarity Trade Union, Wroclaw's Municipal office and Point are each concerned with developing training programmes and promoting social inclusion to varying degrees.
