One of the principals of the Equal initiative is partnership working, on both a local and 'transnational' scale. The North Merthyr Tydfil Regeneration Partnership is comprised of ten local organisations, as well as numerous members of the local community, who volunteer their time. Each provides expert advice and guidance from their their own field and steers the direction of the project via a partnership management committee.

We are also partnered with Equal projects in Saint Denis, Paris and Wroclaw in Poland.
