The 3Gs Development trust is the lead partner in the Partnership. In addition to this, the 3Gs aid with:
- employing an operational team of action researchers
- supporting the entire community
- soft-entry learning courses
- participation in the Strengths and Skills personal development workshops, developed by the psychologists at Bronllys Pain management Unit, to promote individual empowerment
